Barry Frey is the Human Resource Consultant for Samaritan Business Consulting , a multidisciplinary HR and Management Consulting firm in Lancaster, PA.
He is past President of the Lancaster County Association for Human Resource Management, and the Lancaster County Business Group on Health, a former board member and performance review committee member of the Workforce Investment Board (WIB) of Lancaster County. He chairs the Communications Committee of the Lancaster County Association for Human Resource Management, and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work. He is certified to use the 16PF and Activity Vector Analysis (AVA) assessment tools.
A graduate of Millersville University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Barry has received postgraduate training at Franklin & Marshall College in supervisory management, business law, managerial accounting and personnel management. He is certified in basic mediation and conflict resolution by the Lancaster Mediation Center. He was awarded the designation Certified Talent Consultant (CTC) after successfully completing advanced 16PF training in Leadership and Succession Planning through the Institute for Personality and Ability Testing (IPAT) and is an AVA Analyst. Barry is also certified in Basic and Advanced Crtical Incident Stress Debriefing (ICISF).
