Executive Search/Recruitment Assistance:  Helping organizations hire a key employee, such as a CEO/President, CFO/Controller, General Manager, Vice-President, Sales & Marketing Manager, Executive Director, Township Manager or other leadership position. In addition to executives, some organizations have asked for help with hiring administrative assistants, customer service people, accounting supervisors, project managers and other technical positions.

Staffing/Hiring Assistance:  Helping an organization improve its hiring process for all employees, or helping to staff up a plant or a shift by hiring a group of production employees.

Performance Appraisal Programs:  Developing a process and/or form for supervisors and managers to use to evaluate and discuss job performance with employees. Training for supervisors and managers to use the form and hold healthy, positive discussions with employees about their job performance.

HR Audits:  Auditing an organization’s HR policies, programs and procedures and recommending best practices to update and improve their HR system.

Outplacement:  Working with an organization that is downsizing and laying people off. Providing services to individuals and groups of employees to help them deal with the emotional impact of being laid off, determine what kind of work they would like to do next, create a resume, plan a career search strategy, and understand how to use the internet and social media in their career search.

Career Coaching:  Working with an individual who is seeking to find more satisfaction in her/his work and either stay in the current job or find a new job that that is a better fit for their abilities.

Supervisory/Manager/Executive Coaching, Performance Coaching: Helping a person in a leadership role solve a problem or deal with a situation that they are stuck on, improve their performance or effectiveness.

Conflict Resolution:  Working with individuals or groups in an organization who are stuck in a conflict they can’t resolve themselves to find a solution.

Training:  Providing seminars and brown bag lunches on a variety of topics. Can do training at the client’s location or another location of their choice.

Strategic Planning:  Helping an organization develop a plan to meet their future challenges.

Career targeting, leadership style, and job fit assessments:  Using a variety of assessment tools for leadership coaching and development, career coaching, and matching candidates’ traits and abilities to job requirements.
